• A secure, confidential and human interaction process outside of the corporation
• Peace of mind that your exiting employee will be provided with coaching and counselling

For exiting employees:

• Exit coaching and support
• Help with career or lifestyle direction
• Personal and confidential counselling

• Either a 6 session or 12 session coaching program
  • A one-to-one chemistry meeting with one of our coaches
  • An effective personalized and confidential intake process
  • A persona profile along with supporting data
  • One-to-one coaching to provide direction and focus

How it works:

1. Talk to us to arrange our services as a component of your staff reduction program.
2. Provide the name of the exiting employee(s) and we take it from there.
3. We will advise you once we have connected with the person(s) and you can consider them onboarded into our client program.
4. We meet with the client to facilitate the process.
5. The base fee per person is $1500.00. Options for extended programs or multiple Automation layoffs. Talk to us!
